I just started the Insanity Workout program. Day 1. Play the first disc. A little stretching and then 10 minutes of crazy intense working out followed. I was sweating, panting, feeling dizzy. Shamefully, it was the most working out I had done in over 10 years. Then the host of the dvd said, "ok, now we're all WARMED UP." Warmed up? Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME!?
I tried to advance to the actual workout. Made it halfway through, and now, here I am blogging about how hard it is. I am a dripping exhausted mess but I'm going to hit the publish button and get back out to my living room and try to do some of these jumpy knee hitting things until I black out.
