The thing that I've noticed with the Weight Watchers program is that you have to be very diligent about what you choose to eat everyday AND you have to do an incredible amount of math.
Oh !! That's where I went wrong !!!--I HATE math--especially "story problems" !!Sometimes even have a hard time spelling--yeah,you guessed it!, I'm a past "spelling Bee star". An old saying goes something like this--first your body, and then your mind!! What happens when this happens at the same time?? lol Grandma.
