Finally, the Miama, FL area cat killer has been caught thanks to the power of social networking. Authorities and community members are both outraged and disgusted at the alleged devilish acts of Tyler Hayes Weinman who was caught after posting some questionable things on Facebook.
For months, cat carcasses were found in yards and in the streets after being slashed to death or with skulls caved in. Weinman is now being charged with 19 counts of felony animal cruelty, 19 counts of improperly disposing of an animal body and four counts of burglary. Each of the felony counts carries a minimum mandatory fine of $5,000, six months in prison and psychological counseling.
