The enemy now is striking Christmas where it will hurt kids the most - the Christmas tree ornaments.
The Spencer's Gift Store of the Regency Square Mall in Jacksonville, FL, has stocked its shelves with ornamental elves, reindeer, and snowmen and women all depicting various explicit scenes and/or gestures. Fellow Christmas-ateers, we must counter this horrible capitalistic attempt by contacting the Spencer's Gifts executives any and every way possible. In recent months, the CEO of Spencer's Gift's, Steven Silverstein, issued an apology to an advocacy group over racially and religiously offensive t-shirts offered by their company. In a reply to that petition, company executives pledged to discard all remaining inventory of that product line. Silverstein and friends must suffer short term memory loss. Let's remind them!
Send these suits a quick email to remind them what Linus taught us about the true meaning of Christmas and ask them to take these offensive ornaments off their shelves!
