What has our nation come to when we can no longer let employers use creative and interactive ways to encourage and motivate their workers to better perform? Here is an employee who participated in a company wide motivating competition to help drive sales. Yes, this employee did happen to be female. And yes, the loser also was teased, forced to eat baby food and then drop dress slacks front and center, bare their buttocks and get paddled. And yes this female employee did happen to lose.I don't understand why this woman was awarded so much money though. By handing her a small fortune, she'll have failed to learn the most important lesson from this all; positive work ethics. Not to mention that this judge has now set a precedence for to my wife sue me into oblivion. . .
