Did Jesus walk on water? Or ice? - LiveScience - MSNBC.com: "'We simply explain that unique freezing processes probably happened in that region only a handful of times during the last 12,000 years,' "

Jesus didn't 'magically hover' above the water? This completely undermines my entire faith! Seriously, although this may not have been an actual prophecy, many of the hundreds of prophesies about Jesus were fulfilled through UNmiraculous ways.

So am I suppsed to throw my hands in air in complete frusteration simply because Jesus caused or was apart of a unique freezing process that only hit that region a handful of times during the last 12,000 years? I don't think so. God works in mysterious ways.

Sometimes those ways involve temperatures dropping to 25 degrees Fahrenheit (-4 degrees Celsius) during one of the two cold periods 2,500 to 1,500 years ago for up to two days, the same decades during which Jesus lived.

With such conditions, a floating patch of ice could develop above the plumes, resulting from the salty springs along the lake's western shore in Tabgha. Tabgha being the town where many archeological findings related to Jesus have been found.

Either way, you know what it looked like to the 12 men in the boat? It looked like Jesus was walking on water. Of course, this prompted Peter to follow suit and jump ship and follow His Lord. And you know what those witnesses wrote in their accounts. That Peter walked on water as well. Not ice, not a sand barge, water. His feet hit the water and he at first, did not sink. They didn't mince words, Jesus walked on water.
