"My Grandma died about a month or so ago, and I got a “last visit” with her a couple days before she passed. During this visit, my Grandma told me that because of my non-existing relationship with my mom, she changed her view on Christianity. That is to say that I had been a bad enough son to my own mom to make her think that all of Christianity was crap. How could stand-up comedy ever relate to me on this kind tragic turn of events? It happens when a comic has the balls to put their real life behind that microphone."
